Single Variety Co.

Award-winning preserves, made in Bristol.

What started in a home kitchen has grown into a family-run jam business making award-winning fruit preserves, marmalades and chilli jams in their own Bristol factory. Single Variety Co. carefully selects individual fruit and chilli varieties, allowing each one to showcase its own distinctive flavour. 

We love their approach to making genuinely great food — using quality ingredients, natural flavours and less sugar where possible.

Willie's Cacao

Artisan chocolate, made bean to bar in Devon.

Founded by chocolate maker Willie Harcourt-Cooze, Willie’s Cacao makes artisan chocolate in its own Devon factory, working with single-estate cacaos chosen for their distinctive flavours. Willie’s approach is all about letting the cacao speak for itself, using natural ingredients and traditional bean-to-bar methods. 

We chose Willie’s Cacao for its craftsmanship, character and genuinely different approach to chocolate.

Peter’s Yard, St Albans

Award-winning sourdough crackers, made with time and care.

Peter’s Yard began with a simple idea: bring the traditional Swedish crispbread that inspired them to the UK. Today, their sourdough crackers are made in small batches using a 45-year-old sourdough starter, fermented for 16 hours before being carefully baked. 

We chose Peter’s Yard for their craftsmanship, distinctive flavour and the way their crackers complement great cheese — making them a natural addition to our hampers.

Hebridean Baker

Scottish baking, inspired by the islands.

Born and raised on the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides, Coinneach MacLeod — the Hebridean Baker — brings together traditional family recipes, Scottish flavours and stories from the islands.

His baking and cookbooks have taken the flavours and character of the Hebrides far beyond Scotland, while keeping a strong connection to the place that inspired them.

We chose Hebridean Baker for that sense of place, tradition and personality — products that aren't just delicious, but have a story behind them.

Joe & Seph’s

Gourmet popcorn, handmade in London.

Joe & Seph’s started in 2010, when founder Joe began experimenting with flavoured popcorn in his family kitchen after discovering gourmet popcorn on trips to the USA. After plenty of late-night tasting sessions, Joe, his wife and eldest son took their popcorn to a food show — and sold out in just two days. 

Today, Joe & Seph’s remains a family business, with its gourmet popcorn handmade in London by a small team of pastry chefs. They use natural ingredients and air-pop their large kernels before coating and baking them to create their distinctive flavour and crunch. 

With 100 Great Taste Awards and a huge range of flavours, it's a brand that has taken a familiar favourite and made it something genuinely special.
