When will my hamper be delivered?
Orders placed before 1pm Monday–Thursday are eligible for next working day delivery. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following working day. (Please note: Next day delivery is subject to courier availability and excludes Sundays and bank holidays.)
Can I send a hamper directly to someone else?
Absolutely. Simply enter the recipient's delivery address at checkout and we'll take care of the rest.
What happens if my hamper arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photographs of the damage, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Can I place a corporate order?
