A generous collection of exceptional British treats, The Signature brings together some of our favourite independent makers, combining indulgent sweet treats, savoury favourites, speciality coffee and a beautifully chosen English wine.

Inside, you'll discover nine carefully selected products, each chosen for its quality, character and the story behind the maker:

• Willie’s Cacao – Milk of the Gods — silky-smooth 44% milk chocolate, crafted bean-to-bar using fine Rio Caribe cacao, with beautifully rounded nutty and coffee notes.
• Single Variety Co. – Sonata Strawberry Preserve — generously packed with British strawberries and made in small batches with more fruit and less sugar than traditional jam, delivering a wonderfully bright, authentic strawberry flavour.
• Peter’s Yard – Rosemary & Sea Salt Sourdough Crackers — wonderfully crisp sourdough crackers, slowly fermented for 16 hours using their 45-year-old starter, then finished with rosemary, thyme and Cornish sea salt.
• Joe & Seph’s – Salted Caramel Popcorn — air-popped corn coated by hand in smooth, buttery caramel and delicate British sea salt flakes. Their signature flavour and a two-star Great Taste Gold winner.
• Buttermilk – Heritage Fudge — decadent, crumbly traditional Cornish fudge from a family-run confectionery business whose roots stretch back to a fudge shop in Padstow in 1964.
• Little’s – Double Chocolate Coffee — rich speciality instant coffee infused with indulgent chocolate character, bringing a little luxury to the everyday cup.
• Mr Filbert’s – Marinated Olives — succulent Greek olives marinated with carefully chosen herbs and flavourings, bringing a Mediterranean savoury note to the collection. Mr Filbert’s began in 2010 with a small team of food enthusiasts and continues to craft its snacks in small batches.
• Made for Drink – Chorizo Thins — thinly sliced, air-dried chorizo with a rich, savoury depth and gentle smokiness. A wonderfully moreish accompaniment to drinks, bringing a deliciously indulgent savoury note to the collection.
• 1276 Wines – Bacchus 2024 — a distinctive English white from Redbank Vineyard in Ledbury, Herefordshire. Made from 100% hand-harvested Bacchus, it combines poached pear, sweet lime and elderflower with fresh acidity and a beautifully textured finish.
