• Willie’s Cacao – Milk of the Gods — silky-smooth milk chocolate, crafted bean-to-bar from fine Rio Caribe cacao, with beautifully rounded nutty and coffee notes.
• Single Variety Co. – Sonata Strawberry Preserve — a vibrant, fruit-forward preserve made in small batches with British strawberries, allowing the natural flavour of the fruit to shine.
• Peter’s Yard – Rosemary & Sea Salt Sourdough Crackers — wonderfully crisp sourdough crackers, slowly fermented using their 45-year-old starter and finished with aromatic rosemary and Cornish sea salt.
• Joe & Seph’s – Salted Caramel Popcorn — air-popped corn coated by hand in rich, buttery caramel and finished with delicate flakes of British sea salt. Irresistibly moreish.
• Buttermilk – Heritage Fudge — rich, indulgent traditional fudge from the family-run Cornish chocolatier, bringing a wonderfully nostalgic touch to the collection.
• Little’s – Double Chocolate Coffee — rich speciality coffee with a decadent chocolate character, transforming an everyday cup into something rather more indulgent.
• Mr Filbert’s – Marinated Olives — plump, flavourful olives seasoned with carefully selected herbs and spices, adding a deliciously savoury touch.
• Made for Drink – Chorizo Thins — thinly sliced, air-dried chorizo with a rich, savoury depth and gentle smokiness. A wonderfully moreish accompaniment to drinks, bringing a deliciously indulgent savoury note to the collection.
• Hawkshead Relish – Lemon Curd — wonderfully smooth and zesty lemon curd, made in the English Lake District and perfect spread generously over toast, scones or the finest of biscuits.
• 1276 Wines – Bacchus 2024 — a distinctive English white from Redbank Vineyard in Ledbury, Herefordshire. Made from 100% Bacchus, it is fresh and beautifully textured, with notes of poached pear, sweet lime, elderflower, nectarine and fresh herbs.
• 1276 Wines – Blanc de Blancs Brut NV — an elegant English sparkling wine made entirely from Chardonnay at the same Herefordshire vineyard. Traditional Method sparkling wine, aged on the lees and offering orchard fruit, apple blossom, subtle bready notes and a fine, persistent effervescence.

1276 Wines takes its name from the recorded history of vine growing on the south-facing slopes of Ledbury, where vines were documented by the Bishop of Hereford in 1276. Today, the vineyard has been revived with a modern approach, producing English still and sparkling wines from its 25-acre Herefordshire estate.
